Eco dalle Città and Mercato Centrale Torino is preparing to welcome the "Serata Salvacibo" event, a free dinner organized by Ecomori chefs. The appointment is set for February 5, 2024, at 8:00 pm at the Central Market of Turin in Piazza della Repubblica.
The initiative is aimed at raising awareness of the importance of combating food waste, offering a moment of dialogue with the Turin protagonists of the activities to combat food waste at 6.00 pm, before the start of dinner.
February 5th was chosen as National Food Waste Prevention Day, an opportunity to reflect on sustainable practices and promote conscious behavior regarding nutrition.
