Ahead of the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) (Nov. 19th-27th, 2022), the webinar "Cittadini e amministrati pubbliche: promotori insieme della cultura circolare" will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 25th, 2022 at 4 p.m., live on Facebook and Youtube channels.

With the participation of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, AICA (International Association of Environmental Communication), Sicily Region, Metropolitan City of Turin and Federconsumatori Lazio, the event will address the role of citizens and public administrations in promoting circular culture, a topic at the heart of SERR and very timely.
In particular, the event aims to highlight the virtuous experiences of citizens and public administrations committed to waste reduction, reuse and recycling in order to invite more and more individuals to take the initiative themselves. Also present will be the "SERR influencers" who, through their stories, will be able to give numerous insights to participate in the 2022 edition, which will be held Nov. 21th-27th.
The Metropolitan City of Turin will participate in the webinar with the talk "Public administrations promote the culture of circular economy: how?", in which the entity's strategies and actions aimed at reducing waste production and properly managing the residual waste produced will be presented.
Also held last week, on Oct. 17th, 2022, was the webinar "La SERR incontra le scuole in DAD" in collaboration with AICA, Legambiente, Next Nuova Economia per Tutti and Cooperativa Sociale Insieme. Aimed at high school students, the event was held with the intention of raising awareness about textiles and their recovery, what an ethical cash mob is, and waste reduction in the textile sector.
