From Monday 5 September, you can register your waste reduction action and take part in the 14th European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR), coordinated by AICA, the International Association for Environmental Communication.
This action and awareness-raising campaign will take place from 19 to 27 November 2022, has as its slogan "Waste is out of fashion", with a thematic focus on two different areas:
- Promotion of greater awareness of the importance of reducing textile waste;
- Raise awareness among a wide audience of companies, institutions and especially citizens as initiative-takers.
Be inspired by the idea hub, where you can find numerous ideas for developing an action based on the principle of the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
Anyone can participate and after the great success of last year's edition (4,752 actions all over Italy) and with the support of the CONAI system (with Consorzio Ricrea, CoReVe, Corepla, CiAl, Comieco and Biorepack) everything is ready for the new edition.
