The CISA Consortium is the entity that coordinates the entire waste cycle process on behalf of the 38 members Municipalities. It maintains economic relations with individual Municipalities and it is responsible for all costs related to the organization and control of the integrated urban waste management service. In addition to this, it is responsible, on behalf of the Municipalities member of the Consortium, for any other function assigned by law to the public bodies entrusted with the operation of the integrated urban waste management service.
