CCS

The CCS Consortium (Consorzio Chierese per i Servizi) is one of the 8 mandatory basin consortia in which ATO-R (Associazione d'Ambito Torinese per il Governo dei Rifiuti, the local authority for waste) is organized.
It ensures to 19 Municipalities (Andezeno, Arignano, Baldissero Torinesese, Cambiano, Carmagnola, Chieri, Isolabella, Marentino, Mombello di Torino, Moncucco Torinese, Montaldo Torinese, Moriondo, Pavarolo, Pecetto Torinese, Pino Torinese, Poirino, Pralormo, Riva presso Chieri, Santena), which are members of the Consortium, the following functions:

  • Governance and coordination to provide services such as sweeping, urban waste collection and transport;
  • Preparation of the Consortium service and tariff regulations, as well as the adoption of a multiannual intervention and investment programme. the organization of separated waste collection, the drafting of financial plan for each Municipality;
  • Local garbage fee management (TARI), on behalf of some Municipality belongin to the Consortium;
  • Assignment of the waste collection and transport service in accordance with current legislation on local utility;
  • Building of permanent structures serving the separate collection of waste (collection points).

WARNING
In these pages, the colors of the UNI 11686: 2017 "Waste Visual Elements" standard are used to identify the different waste fractions. Anyway in your Municipality the colors of the waste containers may differ from that standard, so pay attention to the label on them.

Chieri waste collection center - OVERTIME WORKS

The Consorzio Chierese per i Servizi warn that, for extraordinary maintenance of the Chieri collection center, from 11 May 2021 to 23 May 2021, the following changes in access times will be made:

  • Monday to Saturday 7:00-13:00 (currently 8:00-12:00)
  • only on Saturday afternoon 15:00-18:00

Apologies for any inconvenience that will arise during the work, we recommend users, during the maintenance period, to use the collection center only if strictly necessary.
