The ACEA Pinerolese Consortium was established in March 2004 pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree August 18, 2000 no. 267. As its own institutional purpose, it has the fulfilment of the municipal function to organize the environmental hygiene services, according to criteria of environmental protection, effectiveness, efficiency and economy, with particular attention to environmental costs.
ACEA Pinerolese Consortium, within the Environmental Hygiene sector, currently manages the entire cycle of waste treatment, collection and disposal in favor of a basin of 47 Municipalities and more than 150,000 inhabitants.
