It’s starting the 29th edition of Puliamo il mondo, the italian version of Clean up the World organised and managed by Legambiente Onlus. During the event the citizens will be actively involved in three ecological days to clean the national territory with numerous initiatives.
In concomitance it will occur Puliamo il mondo dai pregiudizi (that is: “Clean up the World from prejudices”), inaugurated yesterday morning in Milan. In this occasion Legambiente Onlus has presented the dossier on climate migrants. The campaing wants to enlight that “the climate crisis is not – and will not be – the same for everyone”, nurturing and favouring the debate on social, environmental and climate justice.
Also the territory of Città Metropolitana di Torino is extensively involved, with events in many municipalities. In particular, we point out the event that will take place in the City of Torino on Sunday the 26th: the aim of the day is to clean the Parco della Colletta.
The program is the following:
- h 14.30: meeting and accreditation at the parking of the swimming pool of the Parco della Colletta
- h 15.00-16.00: cleaning activity
- h 17.00: concert organised by the Project RESCUE!
The event is organised with Circolo Metropoliano, Circolo GreenTO, Circolo di Protezione Civile Piemonte, Circolo L'Aquilone and in collaboration with Progetto LIFE VisPO, Comitato RifioriTO, Croce Rossa Italiana, Associazione Vanchiglietta Culturale, Associazione Il tuo Parco.
