For the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) we are pleased to announce the update of the reduce and reuse roints map and the list of websites and Apps on the website Beataladifferenziata.it.
The so-called "reduce and reuse points" are shops, non-profit associations, artisan workshops, bars, and more, where it is possible to purchase products without packaging, have objects and artifacts repaired, sell or donate what is no longer used.
The map is intended to be a useful tool available to citizens to promote a new consumption model, which follows the 3R principle (reduce, reuse, recycle). In particular, on the map you can find the following services and businesses:
- cyclofficine
- stores that sell washable nappies
- shops and distributors of detergents on tap
- bulk food stores
- thrift shops or stores that sell remanufactured products
- milk dispensers
- water dispensers
In addition to the map, it has also been updated the list of websites and Apps which aim to reduce food waste and the production of new goods, favoring the exchange of second-hand or regenerated products. The list includes the following thematic areas:
- fight against food waste
- fashion
- reconditioned electronic products
- others
