Over the years our organization, which has always been particularly sensitive to the issue of fighting food waste, has promoted local initiatives, studies and research, also hosting university students and supporting them in their degree and master's theses. With great pride we therefore want to communicate that the thesis of Dr. Arianna Pia Santoro entitled "The Gadda law as a tool to combat food waste. Analysis of the state of the art and implementation strategies ", conducted in collaboration with our Offices, was awarded as part of the “Torino: clima e ambiente” Award. The propositional aspects of the work, as stated in the jury's motivation, are "aimed at verifying in the Turin metropolitan area to what extent and how the Gadda law is applied, such as the difficulties inherent in its diffusion and use". An excellent elaborate with interesting work and planning ideas for our organization, which has been published on the page of the Metropolitan City website dedicated to the fight against food waste.
