On 7 February 2020, the Memorandum of Understanding between the "Atlante del cibo" ("Atlas of Food") and the Territorial Authorities new signatories of the agreement was presented at the Sala delle Colonne of the Municipality of Turin. The Metropolitan City of Turin, with the Municipality of Turin, Urban Lab and Ires Piemonte, thus becomes part of the group together with the founding members (University of Turin, Polytechnic of Turin, University of Gastronomic Sciences and Turin Chamber of Commerce). The Atlas of Food is a working group that brings together various stakeholders and has the task of collecting and systematising the data and information available, returning them in the form of representations, info-graphics, videos, texts, maps, searches, articles available to the territory. A rich wealth of knowledge that can be of great help in the design and management of the Turin and Province food system.
